Dark Skies Season in Norfolk
The Norfolk Coast Partnership invites you to celebrate the Dark Skies Season this winter!
There are many places in Norfolk where you can stop to appreciate the night sky, they join around 200 sites around the UK which are recognised as some of the best places to view the night skies.
Through October 2022 to January 2023, a series of free activities and events are organised by the Norfolk Coast Partnership for you to get involved in!

Ancient Links to the Night Sky – Wednesday 7 December 2022 7pm – 9pm
Online event
A 2-hour online talk about the fascinating interactions between people and the night sky throughout the ages.
Night and Day: Wildlife Habitats of the North Norfolk Coast – Wednesday 11 January 2023 7:30pm – 9:30pm
Cley Marshes Visitor Centre, Coast Rd, Cley next the Sea NR25 7SA
A 2-hour talk about the importance of the North Norfolk coast for wildlife – exploring its habitats and wildlife and including conservation issues such as impacts of light pollution.
