Are you looking for a different view on Norfolk? Maybe you want to try something new and experience some wildlife, then the Stand Up Paddle Boarding Safari Experience is a great way to have a guided tour along the Broads National Park with an experienced guide pointing out the Norfolk wildlife to you. Go Paddle provides all the kit, including wetsuits and boots – just remember your own bobble hats!  And wear quick drying clothes – no jeans! After your paddle come back into Head Quarters for a lovely hot shower and warm your hands up on a steaming mug of hot chocolate.

After walking through 17 acres of enchanting woods and gardens at Bressingham you will earn how to forage for natural materials needed to make a stunning, long-lasting seasonal garland. This is a small workshop that uses locally found sustainable materials. You’ll have special access to parts of the gardens and estate normally closed to the public – just bring gardening gloves and comfortable shoes for all weathers! Everything else is provided for your use, including secateurs, pliers, a basket for foraging, wire and garden twine.

Free of digital distractions, you can discover a sense of calm, through this workshop you will make hand-crafted contemporary homeware. Under the expert tutorage of a Back to Wilderness bushcraft expert, you’ll carve your own wooden spoon to take home, becoming part of a time-honoured tradition for sharing and refining folk knowledge.  Bring a flask of soup, packed lunch and favourite snacks!

This workshop lasts around 2 hours and costs from £85 per person.

The Norfolk coastline is enviable and fascinated by many, it takes a keen eye to capture its true beauty in an image but there is endless potential for inspiration. Jon Gibbs provides landscape photography workshops, primarily on the Norfolk Coast aimed at beginner to intermediate level photographers. Over a 6-hour period you will focus on 2-3 locations developing your techniques and enjoying the beauty of the Norfolk Landscape in Winter.

This activity will take approximately 6 hours and cost around £200 per person.
