Imagine a magical sunlit meadow where the sky rolls on forever, nights glitter with stars and wild-flowers bloom as far as you can see. Sounds dreamy doesn’t it? Effortlessly stylish, Wild Meadow is an incredibly special corner of England. There are 8 hand-crafted luxury yurts, set in the rolling parkland of privately owned Raynham Hall, one the East Anglia’s most beautiful 17th century stately homes.
Generously spaced in a five-acre meadow, each yurt is named after the wildflowers dancing across the estate. Each has a sumptuous super-king bed, luxe bedding, wood-burning stove and snuggly blankets for nights of stargazing. You get your own barbecue and outdoor seating area and each yurt has its own designated toilet and shower (two are ensuite). Well behaved dogs are welcome to stay in Shepherd’s Purse and Poppy, so please choose those if you are visiting with a four-legged friend.
There’s also a brilliantly kitted out shared kitchen tent for convivial feasting. You’ll get your own fridge and everything needed to make the most of North Norfolk’s mouthwatering natural produce. There’s a fire pit too, so bring marshmallows and your guitar!
It’s a short drive to the stunning North Norfolk coast, with magnificent wild beaches and some fantastic pubs and restaurants. Raynham guests can also benefit from discounts on neighbouring attractions. The whole glamping site sleeps 37 people max; ideal for romantic couples and groups of family or friends to unwind and reconnect with nature, and each other.
